About the Macdonald-Kelce Library at the University of Tampa: Group Study Rooms

A User's Guide to the Macdonald-Kelce Library

How do I reserve a room?

We have two group study rooms for groups of three or more. Check availability of group rooms at the Circulation Desk. You may have to reserve a time. We also have one viewing room (for watching DVDs & VHSs) that can be reserved at Circulation.

Our other study rooms (eight in all), for groups of two or three, are always unlocked and available on a first come basis. You don't need to check at the Circulation Desk for these rooms, just walk by them on the first floor by the Reference Collection, and on the second floor to see if they're occupied.

Classroom AV2 is also available for student use. Check the schedule posted on the door to see if the room is already reserved, or inquire at the Circulation Desk. Note that library instruction classes, and other scheduled events, are given priority when scheduling these rooms.
